Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of order is allowed anytime before 12 hours of the delivery/pick up time. Kuchenliebe will refund full amount to the customer. Cancellation within 12 hours but before 6 hours of the delivery time, a refund of 50% will be processed. No refund will be processed if the order is cancelled anytime within 6 hours of the delivery time.

Refund Policy:

Kuchenliebe takes its best efforts to give utmost quality however if the customer feels unsatisfied with the quality, Kuchenliebe will fully refund the amount paid by customer on return of the product for which the customer has paid.
